What a month we had at Lavaa! We have a lot to share with you today, so let’s jump right in.
This past month, we have established a remarkable partnership between Lavaa and The Sophie & Abraham Stuchynski Israeli Alzheimer’s Medical Center.
Today, there isn’t yet a reliable method to predict Dementia in a healthy senior population. This is a disease we are all sadly familiar with and is often diagnosed later than we believe it can be.
With the risk assessment engine Lavaa is developing, together with the Alzheimer’s Medical Center, Dementia being early detected and significantly slowed down is just around the corner! This has huge implications for human beings globally, and all of us in Lavaa are fully committed to seeing this unfolds.
A lot has been kept under the hood but we are finally able to share: we are getting close to the launch of Lavaa’s first pilot in the US with Beacon of LIFE, part of PACE federal program. This will take place already next month, and will be the first use case in the States for Lavaa’s Personalized Preemptive Program ™. Stay tuned!

A week ago was the last day of our three interns from Masa and Onward Israel program for Summer 2022. We can’t believe how fast the past 8 weeks have passed.
The entire team here at Lavaa would like to thank Maya Hollander, Dahlia Moskowitz and Eliana Moskowitz for the fantastic work they carried out in the past few months.
Each one of them joined the medical and research departments with a can-do attitude and the determination to develop health modules to prevent Infertility, Major Depression Disorder, and Endometriosis, respectively. Mission accomplished, and very well done!
All three received a well-deserved certificate for completing these important risk assessment health modules. We will soon welcome a new class of interns, this time in our development department. Thank you first class interns for setting the bar this high.
